The Town of Merrimac, MA is developing a single plan to transform two important vacant properties together into much-needed affordable homes near Merrimac Square.

This project will analyze the properties’ current conditions and development potential, enabling the Town to launch a well-informed, unified Request for Proposals (RFP) process to attract developers who can make both sites great places to live and enhance our town center.
